Desperado Horse Ranch

1st day: Arrival (no riding)
2nd day: Introductions between horse and rider. We will spend the day touring the area around and on the beach of Yanıklar. We'll choose the horses depending on your riding experiences. In the evening we'll swim in the sea with the horses.
3rd day: Ride to the Taurus mountains and to a mountain waterfall. Along the way, we pass through some old, typical Turkish villages, where many farmers are at work on their tomato plantations. In one village we'll take a short break then ride directly to the waterfall. Following a short bathe in the crystal clear water we ride back to the ranch at a comfortable pace.
4th day: Our destination is the wild mountain world where it's possible we could meet some wild pigs. If we're lucky we may even can see chameleons in their natural home. Then we're headed for the trout farm where we can look around and enjoy a barbecue.
5th day: Trip round the Taurus mountains. We will visit graves dating back to the time of the Ottoman Empire and do a special kind of canyon trip. After a long gallop we return to the ranch at a more relaxed pace.
6th day: After a substantial Turkish breakfast we'll start the day with a long gallop at the beach. Kilometres of beach are waiting just for us!!! As a reward both horse and rider may enjoy a dip in the sea at our resting place. We'll regain our stength by eating a tasty barbeque, then back to the ranch! In the afternoon we'll go shopping in the city of lights (Fethiye). In the evening we'll enjoy a good dinner In the main season maybe we'll see the carettas (giant turtles) coming up on to the beach to lay their eggs.
7th day: OFF Day
8th day: Departure (no riding)
